Unit Sale Process:
1. A homeowner that wishes to sell their unit must adhere to the sale process.
2. Upon entering into a contract with a buyer, the unit owner must submit the following documents to the Association to initiate the First Right of Refusal process. The first right of refusal process can take up to 25 days before an approval to a 3rd party buyer is provided.
3. “Intent to Sell” form completed and signed by the seller.
4. Copy of executed Sale Contract
5. Sales Disclosure form signed by both buyer and seller.
